The publication of residential properties, which in the previous year occupied more than 70% of publications, is lowered by over 50%.
The year was marked by “anti-foreclosure” decrees, which produced two important results on the subject of real estate executions of residential properties.
- They prevented the activation of new deeds, thus postponing all those activities related to the proceeding creditor until after the state of pandemic crisis and therefore put new foreclosures and new hearings on standby for the actual auctioning of real estate.
- They further suspended all the auctions of all the residential units used as the main residence.
